History

2005

Old Uganda Road Enterprises Limited started as Old Uganda Road Youth group where the youth of the group volunteered to keep their community clean.

2006

The Old Uganda Road Youth Group was officially registered formally and continued to operate as a youth group.During this time they used wheelbarrows to collect waste from residential houses.

2010

During this time the group was given a tender by the Eldoret Municipality through the Public Private partnership (PPP) and grew exponentially and added assets such Lorries and Tractor.

2018

During this time Old Uganda Road Youth Group was separated into two:Old Uganda Road Enterprises and Old Uganda Road Youth Group .The Old Uganda Road Youth Group continued with Agribusiness and Table Banking while Old Uganda Road Enterprises continued primarily with Waste Management.

2024

During this time Old Uganda Road enterprises with the help of Kenya Climate Innovation Center (KCIC) was incorporated as a company and renamed to Old Uganda Road Enterprises Limited.
